3. OTP and SMS Information
OTP and SMS services are provided according to the plan purchased by the user.
Each OTP may have a limited validity period. Once an OTP expires, it may no longer be usable for verification.
The SMS/OTP service will remain available only for the validity period specified in the purchased plan.
After the plan validity expires, the plan will automatically expire. Any remaining unused SMS/OTP credits may become unavailable, and the user may need to purchase a new plan to continue using the service.
If a plan is specifically mentioned as Unlimited, it will not have a fixed expiry date. However, the account and services must continue to comply with our policies, fair-use requirements, and applicable laws.
4. OTP Header, Sender Information and URLs
Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information when submitting OTP headers, sender information, project names, application names, URLs, or other related information.
Users must follow the required OTP header format and provide only the information requested by the platform.
Submitting unauthorized, misleading, suspicious, malicious, or unrelated URLs or information is strictly prohibited.
If an OTP header, sender name, application name, project name, or URL is used for fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unauthorized, or illegal purposes, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
Prohibited activities include phishing, credential theft, fraudulent OTP requests, fake login or verification pages, malicious URLs, impersonation, unauthorized OTP collection, spam, abusive messaging, or any activity intended to deceive or harm another person.
5. Account Suspension or Permanent Ban
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban an account if we reasonably detect or suspect:
Illegal activities
Fraud or attempted fraud
Phishing
Fake or malicious URLs
Unauthorized OTP collection
Spam or abusive messaging
Misuse of SMS/OTP services
Incorrect or intentionally misleading header information
Violation of our policies
Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
If an account is suspended or permanently banned because of a policy violation, fraud, misuse, abuse, or illegal activity, the amount paid for the affected plan or service will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments made for SMS, OTP, subscriptions, credits, plans, or other services are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.
Refunds will normally not be provided for:
Change of mind
Unused SMS/OTP credits
Expired plans
Failure to use the service
Incorrect information submitted by the user
Account suspension caused by a policy violation
Account termination due to misuse
Fraudulent or suspicious activities
Prohibited or illegal use of our services
Any exception required under applicable law will be handled accordingly.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security. Users are also responsible for protecting their account credentials and access information.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for SMS delivery, OTP delivery, payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and other operational services.
These third-party services may process certain information according to their respective privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
