Welcome to Fenodi. By registering an account, purchasing a plan, or using our SMS/OTP services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information while creating and using your account.
You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons or allow your account to be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.
3. SMS & OTP Services
Our platform provides SMS and OTP services according to the plan selected and purchased by the user.
SMS and OTP delivery may depend on third-party SMS gateways, DLT systems, telecom operators, networks, Internet connectivity, and other external services.
Therefore, we do not guarantee that every SMS or OTP will always be delivered successfully or instantly.
4. Plan Validity
Each plan has a specific validity period that will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Once the validity period ends:
The plan will automatically expire.
Unused SMS/OTP credits may become unavailable.
OTP/SMS services associated with the expired plan may stop working.
The user may need to purchase a new plan to continue using the service.
Unlimited Plans
If a plan is specifically marked as Unlimited, it will not have a fixed expiry date.
However, Unlimited access remains subject to these Terms & Conditions, fair-use requirements, applicable laws, and acceptable-use policies.
An Unlimited plan may be suspended or terminated if it is used for prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or illegal activities.
5. SMS/OTP Credit Deduction
Each SMS/OTP request submitted through our platform may result in the deduction of the applicable credit from the user's account.
Credits may be deducted even when the SMS/OTP is not successfully delivered.
This may happen due to:
Incorrect mobile number
Wrong mobile number entered by the user
Invalid mobile number
Number not in service
Switched-off or unreachable number
DND or telecom restrictions
Telecom operator restrictions
Network failure
SMS gateway failure
Delivery failure or rejection
Invalid sender information
Invalid OTP request
Temporary or permanent delivery failure
Any other issue related to the recipient number, telecom operator, SMS gateway, DLT system, or third-party service
The user acknowledges that an SMS/OTP request becomes a chargeable request once it is submitted to our SMS/OTP gateway or delivery system.
We may incur charges from SMS gateways, DLT platforms, telecom operators, and other third-party providers for processing SMS/OTP requests. Therefore, credits deducted for submitted requests will generally not be refunded or restored, even if the SMS or OTP is ultimately not delivered.
Users are responsible for checking the mobile number and other information before submitting an SMS/OTP request.
For example, if a user submits an OTP to an incorrect or invalid mobile number, the applicable credit may still be deducted and will generally not be restored.
6. OTP Header & Sender Information
Users must provide accurate and legitimate information when using OTP headers, sender names, application names, project names, URLs, or other related information.
Users must follow the required OTP header format and must not provide misleading or unauthorized information.
Any OTP header, sender information, application name, project name, or URL used for fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorized, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited URLs & Activities
Users must not use our services with malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized URLs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Phishing
Fake OTP verification pages
Fake login pages
Fake payment pages
Credential collection
OTP theft or unauthorized OTP collection
Impersonation of banks, government organizations, companies, websites, or individuals
Fraudulent transactions
Malware or malicious content
Spam or abusive messaging
Unauthorized access
Identity theft
Any activity intended to deceive, harm, or defraud another person
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
If we detect or reasonably suspect such activity, we may immediately suspend or permanently ban the account.
8. Account Suspension & Permanent Ban
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.
We may take action without prior notice where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or harm to our platform or users.
If your account is suspended or permanently banned because of a policy violation, fraud, misuse, abuse, or illegal activity, the amount paid for the affected plan or service will not be refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments made through our website are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Change of mind
Unused SMS/OTP credits
Expired plans
Failure to use the purchased service
Invalid or incorrect mobile numbers
Failed SMS/OTP delivery
Account suspension
Account termination
Violation of our policies
Fraudulent or prohibited activity
Incorrect information provided by the user
Third-party SMS, DLT, telecom, or network-related failures
Credits deducted for submitted SMS/OTP requests will generally not be refunded or restored, even when delivery is unsuccessful.
Any refund that is legally required under applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.
10. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for how the SMS/OTP service is used.
The user is responsible for ensuring that:
Mobile numbers entered are accurate.
URLs submitted are legitimate and authorized.
OTP headers and sender information are accurate.
Messages are sent only for lawful purposes.
Required permissions or consent have been obtained where applicable.
The service is not used for fraud, phishing, spam, or other prohibited activities.
All applicable laws and regulations are followed.
11. Service Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep our services available.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:
Server maintenance
Technical issues
SMS gateway problems
DLT-related issues
Telecom/network failures
Internet connectivity issues
Third-party service failures
Security incidents
Government or regulatory restrictions
Force majeure events
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party providers, including SMS gateways, DLT platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, telecom operators, and other infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for failures, delays, rejection, filtering, or interruptions caused directly by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability

User misuse of the service
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity performed by the user

14. Security & Abuse Prevention

If suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict the account while an investigation is conducted.
15. Violation of Terms
If you violate these Terms & Conditions, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Issue a warning
Restrict your account
Suspend your services
Permanently ban your account
Block submitted URLs
Block sender information
Cancel your plan
Disable SMS/OTP services
Investigate suspicious activity
Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required
No refund will generally be provided when services are terminated due to the user's violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
16. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to investigate any account, URL, OTP header, sender information, mobile number pattern, or usage pattern that appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with legitimate SMS/OTP usage.
During an investigation, we may temporarily suspend the account or restrict access to certain services.
If fraudulent or illegal activity is confirmed, the account may be permanently terminated and the applicable amount will generally not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
17. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
18. Governing Law
